Leading a dynamic team of healthcare services professionals, you will oversee functions such as care management, utilization management, behavioral health, and care transitions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring integrated delivery and coordination of care to help our members achieve optimal health outcomes while contributing to our mission of providing quality and cost-effective care.
Essential Job Duties
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience, including at least 2 years in managed care environments focused on utilization management, care management, or behavioral health. Relevant education and experience considered as equivalent.
Hold one of the following licenses: RN, LVN, LPN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMSW, with active and unrestricted status in the state of practice (as mandated by state contracts or regulations).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through conflict and change, with experience in operational and process improvements.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, with a focus on excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Active RN license, along with certifications such as CCM, CPHM, or CPHQ.
Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare populations and clinical settings, alongside a proven track record in supervisory or leadership roles.

Pay Range: $66,456 - $129,590 / ANNUAL
