Key Responsibilities
Engage with members via phone and email to assist with quotes, policy inquiries, and changes
Process insurance transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Meet performance metrics related to service quality and member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
At least 6 months of customer service experience required
Must obtain an Active Property & Casualty license within 60 days of hire
Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfort with digital tools
