Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a full-time or a part time Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Glendale, Arizona. Looking for someone who likes to work independently and is interested in establishing and maintaining a long-term of patients.

We are also looking for a hardworking Nurse Practitioner to:
- See established and new patients for evaluation and treatment planning
- Complete electronic notes in a timely fashion
- Manage triage questions, authorizations and other issues effectively and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Completion of FNP program
- Desire and ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment.
- Friendly and caring personality.
- Be a self-starter and able to complete tasks reliably and with minimal oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills; Excellent Patient Care.
- Ability to learn a new medical record system quickly is essential.
