Job Summary : As a Control Manager Vice President within the Client Onboarding and Documentation team, you will focus on Risk Identification & Assessment, Control Design & Testing, and Control Governance & Reporting. You will leverage technology platforms to enhance our control environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and innovation in control practices. Provide subject matter expertise for regulatory exams and internal audits, ensuring compliance standards are met. Engage with senior leadership to align control strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Client Onboarding & Documentation policies and procedures.
• Lead risk identification and assessment processes using the CORE system.
• Design and implement effective control frameworks.
• Conduct control testing and validation for compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee control governance and reporting for transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Provide expertise for regulatory exams and internal audits.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Influence and engage with senior leadership for strategic alignment.
• Manage control committees and forums for decision-making.
• Implement anti-fraud and cybersecurity measures to protect operations.
