We're looking for a dynamic Salesforce Pursuit & Client Leadership - Sales Director to help us accelerate our North American business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building executive relationships, shaping industry strategy, and leading transformative Salesforce solutions that make a measurable difference.

You will be the trusted advisor to our clientsowning relationships, guiding Salesforce strategy, and ensuring we not only meet but exceed customer expectations. As a key growth driver, you'll influence account direction, coach teams on winning pursuits, and open doors to new opportunities. This is your chance to combine your deep Salesforce expertise with visionary leadership to shape both client success and NTT DATA's future.

Own the client relationship act as a strategic partner to executives, deeply understanding their business goals and aligning solutions that deliver measurable results.

Drive growth increase account revenue and profitability through new opportunities, cross-sell / upsell strategies, and impactful value propositions.

Shape strategy collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Operations to craft tailored Salesforce roadmaps across Sales, Marketing, Service, Commerce, Experience, and Analytics Clouds.

Lead business development from early engagement to deal closure, you'll define strategies, guide proposals, and coach teams to success.

Be the voice of innovation leverage your Salesforce expertise and understanding of AI / GenAI to help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

Proven leader : 8+ years in consulting or IT services, with a focus on Salesforce solutions in industries like Manufacturing, Hi Tech, CPG, Automotive, Retail, Power & Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Media, Transportation, or Communications.

Salesforce strategist : 6+ years of enterprise sales and business development with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Service, Experience, Analytics).

Innovator : 2+ years' experience applying GenAI / AI technologies within Salesforce.

Client-centric mindset : a track record of building trusted executive relationships and achieving revenue targets through consultative, value-driven selling.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills that inspire both clients and teams.

A consultative, results-oriented approach to solving complex client challenges.

The ability to balance strategy and execution, influencing stakeholders while keeping an eye on delivery.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.

The energy and vision to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
