The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Manager to lead our personalization initiatives. You will be instrumental in delivering tailored experiences across our digital channels, driving customer engagement, and achieving key business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical savvy, and cross-functional leadership to scale our personalization efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Prioritization : Own the personalization backlog, managing prioritization, grooming, and execution in alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, and marketing teams to define, deliver, and scale personalized customer experiences.
Execution & Operations : Oversee day-to-day personalization operations, including translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, campaign setup, testing, QA, and validation.
Performance & Optimization : Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of personalization initiatives. Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Advocacy & Best Practices : Advocate for personalization best practices and drive adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on personalization or eCommerce.
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Acumen : Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with developers; familiarity with personalization platforms, digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and content management systems is essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Analytical Skills : Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data for decision-making and prioritization.
Product Management Expertise : Strong skills in backlog management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Communication : Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a history of translating customer and business needs into impactful product features.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in eCommerce personalization or digital optimization.
Certifications in personalization or analytics tools.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A / B testing, multivariate testing).
Experience working with APIs or server-side personalization approaches.
