Position Overview

We’re searching for a Plumbing Salesperson with a strong sales mindset and a team-player attitude.
This is a non-install position — your primary focus will be sales, customer relationships, and closing deals.

You’ll visit customers in their homes, diagnose plumbing issues, present tailored solutions, and confidently close sales that deliver real value. Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing concerns and provide repair or replacement options.
• Present multiple solutions using the company’s pricing tool and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities to maximize conversions.
• Work closely with the plumbing and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to install.
• Represent Bumble Bee’s values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism on every call.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching sessions to stay sharp and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales-focused mindset — you love helping customers say “yes.”
• Proven success in consultative or in-home sales (plumbing or home services experience preferred).
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently.
• Goal-driven and competitive, but always willing to help the team win.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like ServiceTitan (we’ll train you).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
