Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the relevant board.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Current eligibility for or possession of an active California medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
