Key Responsibilities :

• Rent Collection : Initiate and follow up on rent payment reminders, ensuring tenants are aware of their payment due dates.
• Communication : Engage with tenants via phone, email, or messaging platforms to discuss payment issues, establish payment plans, and provide assistance when needed.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rent payments, payment plans, and communication logs in our property management system.
• Dispute Resolution : Work collaboratively with tenants to resolve any disputes or questions related to their rent payments or leases.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding payments, collection efforts, and tenant interactions.
• Compliance : Ensure that all collection processes adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
