Technical Skills : Strong grasp of credit policies, underwriting, and closing procedures; Encompass LOS experience is a plus. Knowledge : Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations preferred. Strengths : Exceptional multitasking, organization, and deadline management skills. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. No remote opportunities for this role. Strictly seeking someone to work full-time in our Providence office. Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401(k) with 3% Employer Match of employee contributions. What You’ll Do :
- Process and prepare mortgage loan files from initial application to final approval.
- Ensure compliance with bank, investor, and regulatory guidelines while delivering top-tier customer service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, internal teams, and third-party providers, resolving inquiries and collecting critical documentation.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline (35+ active loans) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage your advanced knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, and USDA programs.
