Tax Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Tax Analyst to join a collaborative team and support corporate tax compliance and reporting. This position offers exposure to multi-entity operations, a stable environment with great work-life balance (40 hours/week outside of occasional deadlines) and a collaborative group.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• Maintain tax records and documentation for audits
• Assist with tax planning and strategies to minimize liabilities
• Support month-end and year-end close processes related to tax provisions
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the business
• Assist with sales/use tax, property tax, and other indirect tax filings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of C-Corp tax preparation experience
• Multistate experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Experience with tax software and ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with strong communication and adaptability
