Senior Global Account Director

The Senior Global Account Director is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key global accounts. This role involves leading account management activities, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key global accounts.
  • Lead account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand service offerings.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Provide consulting services to clients on best practices and industry trends.
  • Manage sales reporting and analysis to track performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : 10+ years of experience in account management and business development.

  • Location-based market rate for the role
  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification
  • Performance during screening and interview
  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
