Job Summary :

Learn and develop an understanding of customer satisfaction by performing repair and maintenance work on mechanical and electrical equipment that meets or exceeds customers' expectations. Maximize customer satisfaction by transporting Floor Care Equipment while abiding by all OSHA and DOT regulations. Responding to customer demands in a safe, timely and professional manner while making safety the top priority. Respond to supervisor in a timely, polite, and professional manner, and conduct work with an efficiency that will contribute to the reputation, growth, and profit of Lift Power Inc. This is a developmental position with the expectation that the candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently on their own within a year time frame with little assistance from experienced technicians.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Observe all safety procedures
• Communicate with the Floor Care Service department to clarify job assignments when necessary
• Analyze and diagnose customer equipment problems and breakdowns as scheduled by the Floor Care service supervisor and with guidance from the shop technicians
• Confirm the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems

o Communicate needs for additional repairs to the Floor Care Service Manager
