A company is looking for a Remote Operations Manager in Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance evaluations and provide feedback on Collector phone calls
Manage collector staffing ratios and provide ongoing training and mentoring to Collectors
Assist with administrative duties, reporting, and achieving performance objectives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
2 years of previous collections experience required; 4 years preferred
2 years of successful management experience in a collections environment preferred
Thorough knowledge of FDCPA and state collection laws preferred
Strong work ethic and high ethical standards required
