Job Summary :

Reef is seeking a customer service oriented, motivated and tech-savvy Part-time Helpdesk IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Office 365, proven experience managing internal IT systems, and a desire to learn and grow in scripting and automation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability , security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while providing top-tier support to end users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ticket Management : Triage, resolve, and escalate support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring KPIs are met, across both Windows and Mac OS environments.
• User Management : Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including purchasing and setting up hardware, configuring necessary software, syncing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, and managing security badge setups.
• Software & Admin Control : Administer various software platforms ensuring proper security, functionality, and availability. Perform regular audits to reduce unnecessary software costs and maintain accurate licensing records.
• Hardware & Equipment Management : Configure and maintain IT-related equipment for in-office and remote employees, ensuring proper functionality and cost-efficiency.
• Training & Documentation : Provide training on unfamiliar software or hardware, ensuring that staff are equipped to use company systems effectively.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in IT processes, with the opportunity to learn and apply scripting for automating tasks.
