Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Safety First—no exceptions
  • Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for production
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards without shortcuts
  • Run equipment and machinery that keeps our customers supplied
  • Hit daily production goals as part of a tight, dependable team
  • Help us improve—speak up, solve problems, and make the job safer and smarter

    • What You Bring

  • A strong work ethic and the drive to do things the right way
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
  • Machine or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

    • Physical Requirements

  • On your feet and moving throughout the entire shift
  • Able to handle castings of different shapes, sizes, and weights
