Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
Project planning, scheduling and coordination, including participation in work plan development
Safety and quality control management
Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
Change order management
Managing critical subcontractors and process equipment suppliers
Coordination with design consultants through design completion on Design-Build projects
Obtain and review submittals for compliance with contract documents and distribute to Owner / design consultants for formal review
Draft and submit Requests for Information as required
Assume responsible charge of process mechanical material and equipment tracking, including development of detailed takeoffs / logs and ensuring delivery prior to scheduled installation dates
Manage Project Engineers and collaborate with other Assistant Project Managers in responsible charge of other scopes of work
Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
Qualifications
4+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous water treatment construction experience preferred
Ability to establish relationships and lead people
Specific roles may require relocation
Salary Range : $99,000 - 149,000 / Yr
