[job_card.job_description]Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant Resolve guest issues Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws Drive sales goals and results Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives Manage cash over / short during shift Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards Fluent in English Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience Math and writing skills Basic computer skills At least 18 years of age (where applicable) High School diploma or equivalent, preferred Guest Focus Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements Develops and maintains guest relationships Displays a sense of urgency with guests Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, commits to follow-through Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process Passion for Results Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model Consistently meets or exceeds goals Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his / her role relates to others Problem Solving and Decision Making Identifies and resolves issues and problems Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems; includes others when necessary Interpersonal Relationships & Influence Develops and maintains relationships with team Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments

We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team! Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
