Available to work 12 : 00AM-6 : 00AM Walking and or driving throughout the community. Utilizing a computer and other office equipment. Sitting for long periods. Compliance Administrator
Primarily responsible for monitoring and enforcing the vehicle parking regulations established by the Board of Directors and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) Additional compliance tours of the community as necessary.
Position Responsibilities :
- Patrol all areas of the community and record parking compliance notices to residents / guests per the governing documents.
- Perform compliance tours with Compliance Manager when special projects arise.
- Report street light outages.
- Report street sign issues.
- Other related duties as directed.

Required : High School or better.
Experience :
Required : 2 years : High school diploma or GED and two (2) year of full-time, paid, professional experience working in a people-facing customer service role. Must have a polished and professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license.
