Key Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and expand partnerships with community-based organizations to increase access to post-secondary opportunities

Develop strategic goals and collaborate across the organization to enhance outreach to underserved student communities

Build and lead a team to ensure effective collaboration and maintenance of partnership efforts

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in K-12 education systems, focusing on partnerships and strategy

8+ years of experience in a managerial role

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Deep understanding of K-12 and higher education systems and partnership dynamics

Proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders in education
