Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to perform collections activities
Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive outcomes
Adhere to all relevant laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
Ability to accurately enter and update data in systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend work as needed
