• Regular weekend coverage is expected.
• Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year.
• ???? Pay Range : Pay range : $39.29 - $46.58 / hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40 / hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
• ???? Shift Differentials, Holiday, and Weekend Differentials : Beginning 2 : 30 pm – 10 : 30 pm, $1 : 90 | Beginning 10 : 31 pm -7 am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10 : 31 pm – Sun 11 : 00 pm, $1.00.
