Position Summary :

Lead and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across our manufacturing and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, deliver impactful training, and drive a strong safety culture. Act as the primary contact for incident reporting and regulatory notifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS training for new hires and contractors.
• Facilitate monthly EHS committee meetings across all shifts.
• Maintain OSHA, EPA / DNR, and DOT reporting (OSHA 300 logs, Tier II, Form R, Hazardous Waste, Hazardous Materials Registration).
• Develop and update EHS programs and SOPs.
• Deliver training on topics such as PPE, Lockout / Tagout, Confined Space, Fire Safety, Forklift Operation, Ergonomics, Emergency Action Plans, and more.
• Perform hazard assessments, industrial hygiene surveys, and PPE inventory management.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with MEA process for facility projects.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $153,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
