Join a leading inpatient rehab team in the Ashland area as a Physical Therapist . This full-time, day-shift role offers the opportunity to provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, helping them regain function and independence in a supportive, patient-focused hospital environment. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus.

Shift Details

Full-time, day shift. Occasional flexibility or travel may be required based on patient care needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

$5,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified new hires.

Your Role

  • Provide skilled physical therapy for patients with diverse diagnoses and rehabilitation needs.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in specialized training as required for specific patient populations or departmental needs.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant specialized experience preferred but not required.
