Role Descriptions :

Role Summary The Mobile Technology Lead will be responsible for architecting designing and delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications using a hybrid and native mobile stack . This role will lead mobile development squads define technical standards ensure high performance and security and partner closely with product UX backend and platform teams to deliver seamless mobile ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipLead the end-to-end mobile application architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development and Swift for native iOS componentsDefine mobile development standards coding guidelines and best practicesDrive technical decisions related to performance security scalability and maintainabilityDevelopment DeliveryHands-on development and code reviews for AngularJS-based mobile applicationsDesign and implement native plugins using Capacitor to access device features (camera biometrics storage push notifications etc.)Integrate mobile apps with backend services APIs and third-party SDKsEnsure compliance with App Store guidelines security standards and accessibility requirementsTeam Stakeholder CollaborationMentor and guide mobile developers across hybrid and native stacksCollaborate with UX Product Owners Backend DevOps and Security teamsParticipate in sprint planning backlog grooming and release managementQuality Performance SecurityEnsure high-quality mobile releases through automated testing CICD pipelines and performance optimizationImplement mobile security best practices (secure storage encryption authentication certificate pinning etc.)Monitor and resolve production issues and support app lifecycle managementMandatory Technical SkillsIonic Framework (enterprise-scale mobile app development)Capacitor (native bridge plugin development device integration)AngularJS Angular (mobile UI development and state management)Swift (native iOS development and plugin customization)Preferred Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with Android native development (Kotlin Java)CICD for mobile apps (GitHub Actions Jenkins Bitrise Azure DevOps etc.)Mobile security standards (OWASP Mobile Top 10)Experience with enterprise authentication (OAuth2 OpenID Connect biometrics)Familiarity with App Store Play Store release processesDomain Experience (Preferred)Banking Financial Services Credit Union or regulated industriesDigital banking payments or customer-facing mobile platformsSoft SkillsStrong technical leadership and mentoring capabilityExcellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to balance hands-on development with architectural ownershipProblem-solving mindset and delivery focus.
