Technical Business Analyst (fully on-site)

About this opportunity :

Life-Assist, Inc. is looking to enhance our current IT team with a Technical Business Analyst (TBA), who will work closely with other departments to clarify software development project requests and create reports to help the business make informed decisions. The role will act as liaison between the technical and business teams, helping stakeholders clearly define the problem they’re solving, while proposing solutions informed by our technical capabilities. On the reporting side, the TBA will surface data for the business through various reporting methods, including SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Demonstrable SQL knowledge and experience developing reports in Power BI
• A “How can I help?” attitude
• Experience and capability to work, communicate, and collaborate in a team environment
• The initiative to learn independently, take ownership of tasks, and work confidently with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand tasks in context and assess how your solutions fit within and impact the overall system
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• A great attitude with motivation and drive
