Job Description

Field-based role covering Fort Worth, Amarillo, Lubbock, Odessa, San Angelo, Abilene and surrounding areas. Execute brand strategy, manage territory, build customer relationships, and maximize sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets.
• Plan and evaluate calls to continuously improve sales outcomes.
• Serve customer needs to build trusted relationships.
• Optimize coverage and frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Build market intelligence for alignment and anticipation of changes.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and maintain disease state experts.

Key Stakeholders

External : Specialty Physicians, pharmacists, nurses. Internal : In-field team, Sales Management, Marketing Management, Training, Customer Excellence, Brand Plan stakeholders.

Additional Information

Compensation range is base pay; benefits include paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k). Short-term incentive program eligible.
