A nationally recognized property services organization is seeking a detail-driven Bilingual Property Leasing Agent with first-hand experience in LIHTC, to support the lease-up of a newly developed 192-unit affordable housing community in Aurora, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong LIHTC knowledge who thrives in fast-paced lease-up environments and enjoys balancing compliance, customer service, and collaboration.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate : $20-$22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday with flexibility to work between 7 : 00 AM-8 : 00 PM; weekend flexibility required

Employment Type : Full-time temporary

Start : Immediate availability preferred

What You'll Do

• Process, review, and maintain LIHTC household files with accuracy and efficiency
• Support lease-up activities for a newly opened multifamily community
• Ensure all files and documentation meet internal compliance standards
• Assist residents and prospective tenants in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Partner with onsite team members to keep leasing and compliance operations running smoothly
