Summary :

Our award-winning client is seeking an Automotive Electronics Design Supervisor to join their team. We're seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead our reverse engineering team! In this critical role, you'll supervise a team of engineers to develop aftermarket products by reverse engineering OEM automotive electronic components.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide and mentor a group of Electrical / Electronic Design Development Engineers.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Conduct design reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and provide support to process engineering.
  • Participate in business planning and component purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain positive client relationships when required.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience in a supervisory or lead role managing an automotive electrical components design group.
  • Strong electrical design skills in PCB layout, C programming, and analog and digital design.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
