Key Responsibilities
Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
Engage with pet families through positive customer service interactions and manage a high volume of calls
Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards
Required Qualifications
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
Previous work-from-home experience or minimal peer interaction is preferred
Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
