Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and technically-savvy Lead Project Manager who will play a key role in driving critical support processes within our healthcare IT environment. The successful candidate will enhance processes so that each incident serves as an opportunity for system improvement, reducing risk and bolstering service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee critical support issues on the VA project, addressing challenges that conventional support cannot resolve.
• Lead the project management lifecycle for effective incident resolution, ensuring each issue is managed promptly.
• Coordinate project deliverables, maintaining schedules and milestones throughout the support project.
• Provide timely feedback to teams, clients, and corporate stakeholders about potential risks to project milestones or timelines.
• Ensure all projects align with the stated goals and timelines outlined in the scope of work.
• Communicate progress updates to both customer stakeholders and internal management.
• Standardize best practices while adhering to customer protocols and requirements.
• Apply your knowledge of Cerner Millennium or similar EHR systems for basic troubleshooting and support.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in Cerner Millennium or comparable EHR systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience, particularly within healthcare IT environments.
• Proven ability to develop and refine incident management processes for service enhancement.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex information for diverse audiences.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve project challenges.

Compensation and Benefits: The hiring range for this role varies from $71,200 to $158,200 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
