Job Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated New College Graduate (NCG) Product / Test Engineer to join our HRR business unit in the San Jose CA office supporting the development and testing of mixed-signal analog space grade integrated circuits (ICs). This is an exciting opportunity to launch your engineering career in a dynamic environment focused on high-reliability products for space applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with design process and quality teams to support product development and qualification of mixed-signal analog ICs for space-grade applications.
• Develop implement and optimize test plans procedures and hardware for new and existing products.
• Analyze test data identify trends and troubleshoot issues to ensure product performance meets stringent space-grade requirements.
• Support failure analysis root cause investigations and corrective actions for test-related issues.
• Assist in the characterization and validation of products including electrical environmental and reliability testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results procedures and product status.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
