Commercial Real Estate Associate

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Servicing Associate to perform core servicing functions for CMBS and K-Deal securitizations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform core servicing for CMBS / K-Deal securitizations, including loan activity reporting and cash flow management

Reconcile loan data and cash flows, ensuring compliance with servicing standards and timely reporting

Conduct quality reviews and support the resolution of servicing issues with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in master servicing, CMBS, or structured finance

Proficiency in financial reconciliation and risk management practices

Experience with financial systems, such as Enterprise! or similar

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
