University Security Officer - Access Control & Patrol

Pay : $18.21 per hour

Schedule : Thursday - Monday 3pm - 11pm (Full Time 40 hours per week)

Seeking a security officer who is willing to check identification cards secure entrances monitor cameras maintain logbook entries and report any issues to the shift supervisor. University Patrol officers are expected to be able to stand for prolonged periods walk long distances outdoors be comfortable with incident report writing be comfortable with driving full size SUVs on site respond to calls and interact with the campus community.

Qualifications :

Active Connecticut State Guard Card

Active Connecticut State Drivers License - Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of Security Experience preferred- Military / Law Enforcement experience may substitute

Calm polite and professional demeanor.

Reliable and self-motivated.
