Full Stack Engineer / Engineering Manager (Hybrid Technical & Leadership Role)
Salary Range : $160k to $175k

🧩 Desired Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.5–7 years of full-time software engineering experience.Expert-level Python skills.Demonstrated growth in technical ownership , architecture, or system design.Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.Strong front-end skills : HTML, CSS / Tailwind, JavaScript / TypeScript, React .Strong back-end experience : Python or Node.js .Experience building and deploying REST or GraphQL APIs .Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker .Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).Strong familiarity with Git / GitHub .Excellent communication and teamwork skills.✨ Nice to Have
