This fully remote opportunity is ideal for attorneys based in Houston, Dallas, or beyond who are seeking autonomy, high-level title work, and a flexible billing structure. Key Responsibilities :

Draft drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions

Review mineral title, land records, and ownership chains

Research-intensive work focused on Texas and other producing states

Option to manage junior attorneys at a competitive hourly rate

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary set DOE and billable hour target

15% origination credit (gross)

401(k) with automatic 3% employer contribution

Blue Cross PPO health plan

Bonus eligibility above target

Paid hourly for managing other attorneys
