Business Unit Group Manager
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Unit Group Manager for its Miami, Florida location. Duties include leading ongoing and event driven reporting analysis, defining key performance indicators and sales programs across Sales and in collaboration with Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) and Institutional Clients Group (ICG) partners to ensure revenue generation in accordance with business strategic and priority plans. Ensure alignment with Industry Senior Management at local, regional and global level, country Sales Heads in Americas and Business Units, to manage pipelines, wins, and revenue, as well as measure call reports, ramp up acceleration actions, deals officially communicated as won and expenses related to the countries. Lead the Data and Analytics exercises to identify revenue gaps, attrition, business flows, and product penetration initiatives in order to increase profitability and lower risks based on industry profiles by using Data Warehouse tools, Client Relationship Management platform and Financial Reporting Systems. Monitor Sales performance at geography, industry, and individual level by creating specialized reports and dashboards with data of Global Customer Information Warehouses. Estimate Wallet sizing for countries based on data by projecting client's performance and market growth. Implement Citi's business and sales strategic initiatives for Americas region. Execute the sales strategy for the country in conjunction with regional and country partners TTS Heads, Products Sales, Bankers. Identify cross sell opportunities with clients and promote tactical strategy to achieve the expected revenues. Share with the product management team new developments within the market updates and the environment. Attend regular team and sales management meetings to report on countries performance. Manage key balance sheet drivers including assets and liabilities. Work in close partnership with control functions such as legal, compliance, finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure. Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics. Review account plans to identify and develop annual growth sales and cash management opportunities based on the franchise priorities and market conditions. Maintain a pristine control environment for all issues related to business management, compliance, regulatory requirements including reports and training. Interaction with clients through events and webinars in the countries on topics aligned with their needs and market trends. Manage global release of the solutions and support the Region's transformation projects involving Branch optimization, billing, and electronic channel. Ensure projects are executed in line with the cybersecurity, digitalization and commercialization pillars and intended client experience. Work with local, regional and global stakeholders to define project scope, and align business objectives with underlying cost and benefit analysis. Oversee business-critical milestones and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy of the delivery.
Requirements : Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Performance Management Lead Specialist, Solutions Sales Senior Specialist, or related position involving development and management of business strategy for Central America, Latin America and Caribbean regions in a global financial institution. 5 years of experience must include : Sales strategy development, execution, and management; Knowledge of markets and related regulatory requirements of Central America, Caribbean; Knowledge of different methods of payment and receivable management; Monitoring of strategic KPIs, including transaction volumes, account opening via digital channels, client digitization index, and reduction of analog interactions; Solution portfolio management, including competitor analysis, profitability analysis, product commercialization and campaigning, and product adoption tracking; Data and Business analytics; Corporate strategy and business planning; Client relationship management; and Customer information warehouse. Up to 25% international and domestic travel required. Requires verbal and written fluency in Spanish.
