Position Summary

Act as the first point of contact for our dealership welcoming guests, managing calls, supporting administrative operations, and helping maintain the high-quality, customer-centric environment that Mazda represents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
• Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide general administrative support : data entry, light accounting tasks, scheduling, filing.
• Maintain the reception area and showroom in a clean, organized and welcoming condition.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support showroom or service operations.
• Uphold the brand image of luxury, professionalism and customer service excellence.
