Property Administrative Assistant

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Property Administrative Assistant to join a commercial real estate investment firm in Greensboro, NC. This role will support the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial and retail properties across North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities : Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal staff. Generate and send monthly tenant invoices and account statements. Create and manage work orders using property management software (AppFolio). Respond promptly to tenant requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and upfit projects, including scheduling vendors and collecting quotes. Collect and maintain tenant documentation such as service contracts and certificates of insurance. Maintain organized filing systems, office supplies, and records. Support property managers with administrative tasks and ongoing project coordination. Learn and utilize company systems including AppFolio and Google Drive Requirements : Associate degree preferred. 1–3 years of administrative or office experience; commercial property management experience highly preferred. Proficient with G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets) and general office technology. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
