We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina NT, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the quote team to request and obtain pricing details as needed.
- Provide accurate information to intake and quote teams while addressing any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers on various projects across all product lines, including participating in kickoff calls.
- Administer and manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurately maintained.
- Execute order management tasks efficiently, including processing orders and collecting payments or deposits where applicable.
- Prepare tickets for orders, including console orders, within established timeframes.
- Upload order information to customer portals and update relevant documents in shared drives.
- Monitor and update shipping dates in the system, ensuring timely communication of any changes.
- Conduct stock checks and provide customers with shipping notifications for direct ship orders.
- Respond to inquiries by understanding program details for national accounts, hospitality, international, and private label clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- High level of accuracy in processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Ability to work independently while being assertive and systematic in approach.
- Experience in customer service, including order entry, answering calls, and account inquiries.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and sales support tools, such as Zendesk.
