A company is looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join their Data Platform team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain analytics-ready datasets aligned with healthcare standards
Translate complex healthcare concepts into curated, intuitive data models
Lead the development and adoption of semantic layers and standardized KPIs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering
Experience with EMR, claims, or healthcare-related data
Hands-on experience using AWS cloud services
Deep proficiency in Spark, SQL, and dbt; strong understanding of data modeling principles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM, analytics, or related discipline
