Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior R&D Engineer (2-5 years of experience) to join our growing R&D team. This role will support both existing product lines and the development of a robust portfolio of new devices. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, be skilled in prototyping and testing, and bring a strong working knowledge of drawings, CAD tools, and medical device quality systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Collaborate with the Quality team and suppliers to update and improve engineering drawings based on feedback.
• Work with suppliers to improve yield and reliability of manufactured components.
• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of new pipeline products under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the iteration and improvement of product concepts through prototyping, analysis, and feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams cross the business to implement product line improvements.
• Contribute to the design and development of new medical devices within the R&D team.
• Create and execute testing protocols, and conduct product and component testing as required.
• Design and develop R&D and manufacturing test equipment.
