Job Description :
Kailo is redefining the protein bar. Made with clean, organic ingredients and no added sugar, we’re a fast-growing CPG brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented production cook to join our kitchen team.
This is not a typical line cook role— you’ll be working in a food production environment , preparing and packaging small-batch, handcrafted protein bars.
Key Responsibilities :
- Measure, mix, and batch ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, scales, and sealing machines
- Portion, cut, and shape bars consistently
- Handle sealing and packaging processes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Follow HACCP and food safety protocols
- Label and store ingredients and finished goods properly
- Assist with inventory and basic prep tasks as needed
