Remote Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts

Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload)

FDCPA knowledge preferred

Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills

Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
