This role offers an opportunity to support elementary-aged students as a paraprofessional in a dynamic school setting in Anoka, Minnesota. The position runs from mid-December 2025 through early June 2026, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9 : 10 AM to 4 : 10 PM, totaling 32.5 hours per week. This contract-based assignment requires candidates to commit to supporting classroom activities and student learning under supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional support to elementary students.
• Provide individual and small group assistance to enhance student engagement.
• Support classroom management and daily routines.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to meet student needs effectively.
• Follow guidance from the schools education team to implement educational plans.
