Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering. Experience in designing site development projects. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Experience in using Civil 3D. Job Responsibilities :
- Design and supervise projects for private land development.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Create and implement construction plans, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with CAD Technicians, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
