Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on medium-duty Ford trucks in our air-conditioned and heated shop.
This position is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, and A/C systems.

Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford medium-duty trucks (F-250, F-350, F-450)
Work efficiently and accurately in line with dealership standards and repair orders
Use diagnostic tools and service equipment to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs or recommendations
Provide time estimates for each repair order and document work completed
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure proper use of PPE and shop tools
Stay current on certifications and required training
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1–2 years of professional diesel technician experience
Solid understanding of diesel systems, maintenance, and repair practices
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
