Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional respiratory care by performing diagnostics, monitoring patients on mechanical ventilation, and ensuring high-quality patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluating respiratory function and documenting findings.
  • Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy and aerosol medication.
  • Assist with the placement of artificial airways and monitor patients on mechanical ventilation.
  • Respond to patient emergencies, ensuring airway integrity and effective ventilation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist certification required.
  • (RRT / RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist / Practitioner certification required.

    • No travel is required.
