Affirmed Home Care is urgently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional in-home care throughout Westchester County. Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to create personalized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures

Monitor clients' health and respond to changes promptly

Perform advanced nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management

Provide education to clients and families regarding health, medication, and safety

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Offer emotional support and compassionate guidance to clients and their families

Qualifications

Active RN license in New York State (required)

Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (home care or related field preferred)

Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CPR and BLS certification (required)

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
