SMALL LITIGATION FIRM IN SOUTH LAWRENCE ,MA SEEKS A PARALEGAL (PART OR FULL TIME) WHO IS FLUENT IN SPANISH TO WORK WITH 2 ATTORNEYS AND 3 PARALEGAL HANDLING PERSONAL INJURY, WORKER'S COMPENSATION, DISCRIMINATION AND CRIMINAL CASES IN MA AND NH. MUST HAVE 2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A LAW FIRM HANDLING THESE TYPES OF CASES.

MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH FILING DOCUMENTS AT THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS, NH DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, SUPERIOR AND DISTRICT COURTS.

POSITION REQUIRES PARALEGAL TO INTERACT WITH SPANISH SPEAKING CLIENTS, INSURANCE COMPANIES AND COURTS, REQUESTING MEDICAL RECORDS FROM ENTITIES AND FILING PLEADINGS IN COURT AND ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES.

WILL WORK CLOSE WITH OTHER PARALEGALS AND 2 ATTORNEYS IN PREPARATION OF CASES FOR RESOLUTION AND / OR TRIAL.

SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE. FLEXIBLE HOURS
